Sweet, little Betsey Johnson vintage pinup day dress featuring chocolate polka dots on a mint-colored lightweight cotton fabric. There is light boning. underwire (built-in bra) and a quilted bust. Has adjustable straps as well as slots in the bra for padding/inserts and is unlined.
