Tsumori Chisato is a Japanese designer who got her start with Issey Miyake in the late 70s. She later started her own eponymous line, which embodies “kawaii,” the culture of cuteness in Japan. She is famous for her use of bright colors, playful designs and quirky prints, which are often of her own artwork. This magical, batwing wool sweater features a continuous rainbow from cuff to cuff across the chest and a sheer, sparkly mesh over the shoulders and arms.
