A rare gem from the S/S 2003 collection of Tata Naka, a designer worn by Carrie Bradshaw in SATC. This strapless cotton dress has a lightly boned bodice and full circle skirt (with pockets!) featuring whimsical illustrations of ladies in colorful head scarves and a heart-shaped charm.
